15 years ago I was very ill. Met a homeopath who said she could help me feel better than I did then. So, I gave homeopathy a chance and within a year had a new life. I then trained as a homeopath so I could help others.

The latest and most important case was my own husband who rang me on from the underground on his way to work one morning in november. He said his face was beginning to feel very numb, particularly the left side. The numbness began around the mouth and throat. I told him to get to an emergency centre or take an ambulance to the hospital. Instead, he went into work where he then walked to an emergency centre. After the initial call and shock, when I could think. I rang him and asked him if he had any Arnica on him, which he did! I told him to take it every 10 minutes until we met at the hospital. By the time I got to the hospital, intensive care, 5 hours later. He was in good form and the paralysis had receded completely to a small area inside his throat on the left side. He was put on intravenous medicines, only after 5 hours! So for me and for him, it is obvious that Arnica saved the day!

I have a family history of using homoeopathy, Some common medicines like Arnica Mont,Nux Vom, Rhus Tox are available always in my home.

In my earlier life 14 yrs ago I experienced a tremendous Hip injury,due to which I was unable to bend forward,Arnica Mont 1x helped me a lot and I also suffered Small Pox. In both cases Homoeopathy helped me.

I have used Homeopathy for many years for trauma such as injury, operations, etc., as well as in every day situations.

homeopathy has helped with conditions like flu, colds etc as well as ageing issues like arthritis, easing symptoms and strengthening my own resolve to heal.

One day I fell over and someone gave me an arnica tablet, I was amazed not to have any bruising the next day.

I had suffered from allergic rhinitis since childhood and having tried everything I assumed there was no cure. What was stranger was that I had a brown raised blemish on my hand which had been slowly growing for many years. It disappeared 4 years ago and has not returned.

After a death in the family I became very depressed. The sedatives my doctor prescribed made me feel worse. Then a friend recommended a homeopath and within a few weeks I was back to my normal self.

I now always use homeopathy, and recommend it to friends. I always have arnica in case of any small accident or sprains. I hardly ever go to the doctor now and feel much better for it.

Took Silicea for a month and it cleared up my long standing eczema.
Son had swine flu, used gelsemium, also had nephritis with it, used aresenicum, also had head pain, high temperature used belladonna. All three got him well again from being completely immobilised in bed to back to work, in ten days.
Husband sprains shoulder badly, uses arnica and ruta grav. Back to work in two days, was expecting to be immobile for a couple of weeks, shoulder was almost paralysed with pain, unable to lift his arm at all.

i was always interested in "alternative therapies" because as a i child i was quite ill with severe eczema, asthma and other allergies, plus terrible ear infections etc. my mother had little faith in conventional medicine as it didn't seem to be able to help me. as i was growing up, i continued to have many health issues and saw a homeopath regularly. i've always used the likes of arnica and the most common remedies on myself.

the most striking examples are 2 recent ones - i had a tooth out 2 years ago and another about a month ago. my dentist injected the extraction site with arnica and hypericum and i did not have a single moment of pain or even the slightest discomfort whatsoever after either of the extractions. both went extremely well and i had absolutely no problems at all.

I have always had an interest in other methods of treatment, and my partner did a brief course in homoeopathy which then drew my interested and I studied it with him. I have used it several times on myself as well as on patients.

The most amazing times I have used homeopathy has been for acute symptoms. Most recently I took cantharis following a scald to my arm, and the result was almost instant with relief from pain and the redness and blistering disappeared before my eyes. I have found the same with arnica after an injury, that you can feel the swelling reduce and bruising never appears. I have also used belladonna for severe throbbing headaches with very rapid relief and silica many years ago for a sore thorat with severely enlarged glands.
