I discovered homoeopathy when I was living in Australia after a homeopath came to talk to my post-natal group. I got a kit, discovered how brilliant this form of medicine is and after moving to Dublin decided to undertake the four-year journey to gaining my Licence.
Women are at the heart of a family holding everyone else together. I am passionate about supporting them through puberty, pregnancy, the postnatal period and menopause.
I have a huge interest in the link between the gut and overall health and run fermenting workshops to teach people how to incorporate probiotics into their lives.
This led me to discover the enormous benefit to babies of breastfeeding at the start of life and I've trained as a Volunteer with Breast Buddies Perth and Kinross.
I am also a Trustee on the Scottish Homeopathic Research and Education Trust.
I hold appointments online and in person at my home in Crieff and also at Westbourne Medical Studios, Glasgow.
